| In an effort to improve both quality and cost of our products, we are constantly searching for suppliers who can provide an improved product, excellent service, cost reductions or offer other advantages. When evaluating and selecting suppliers, SSEC uses a total cost approach which includes performance factors such as product quality, delivery, financial ability, reliability, integrity, continuous improvement, product price and overall customer-supplier relations. | The Supplier Review Board is a cross-functional team that was established to develop and manage long-term supplier relationships. The Supplier Review Board manages, monitors and rewards critical suppliers who have met or exceeded our quality standards. We also recognize our most superior suppliers through our Supplier of the Year Award program. |

To manage the performance of SSEC's supply base resulting in high quality materials and services through:
- Reviewing and approving supplier selection.
- Monitoring supplier performance.
- Management of the Supplier Award program

- Team with suppliers to improve business relationships and material quality.
- Ensure that SSEC achieves the "best value" with suppliers of our products and services.
- Strive to integrate suppliers in new product development and product strategic planning.
- Ensure that the Supplier Review Board goals support the Honeywell SSEC strategy for continuous quality improvement.

Supplier Performance Standards
All suppliers are evaluated by the SRB and rated against a specific set of performance requirements, with results reported monthly via the Honeywell supplier portal Suppliers are expected to meet or exceed the following quality and delivery standards in addition to meeting other service requirements: |
- 500 ppm or less
- 99% OTD (On Time Delivery)
- 99% LAR (Lot Acceptance Rate)
- Maximum of 10 day response to SCAN (Supplier Corrective Action Notice)

Supplier Of The Year Award
Honeywell SSEC recognizes our best suppliers with an annual Supplier of the Year Award. This award is presented each year in January to the supplier or suppliers who have demonstrated superior performance. Previous Supplier of the Year Award winners include the following: |
